No license found error — What should I do?

If you get No license found (error 255) you can try to start CodeMeter Runtime.
If you see the service is stopped, try to start it. If it not possible. Please reinstall CodeMeter.

How can I reinstall CodeMeter?

  1. Visit wibu.com
  2. Go to Support & Downloads -> User Software
  3. Download the latest version compatible with your Operating System
  4. Uninstall the current CodeMeter version
  5. Now open the downloaded file
  6. Follow the installer prompts
  7. If on Mac OS, please make sure CodeMeter has full disk access:
  1. Go to System settings
  2. Go to Privacy and Security
  3. Click on Full Disk Access
  4. Enable access for CodeMeter
Now RadarOpus should work. If not, please open a ticket
