If you have deleted the Synthesis App from your mobile device and you would like to re-install it, you simply need to go onto your app store (e.g. App Store for Apple devices or Play Store for Android devices) from your mobile device, search for “Synthesis Repertory Schroyens” (or similar keywords in your language) and download the app again.
If the store asks you to pay for the app it can mean that:
1. You purchased the app on a different store (e.g. you purchased on Apple’s App Store and now you’re trying to get the app from Play Store. In this case you have to pay again because Google and Apple don’t allow users to transfer their purchased apps from one store to another)
2. You used a different account to make the purchase (e.g. you purchased with your john.smith@hotmail.com account, but now you’ve signed in with your john.smith222@gmail.com account). In this case, please make sure that you are signed in with the correct account
The stores remember your purchases, so if you had already purchased the App from the store, normally instead of having a “get” or “buy” button you should see a download button.
We cannot help you to download the app again because we have no control over Apple or Google stores. If you have an issue like this, you need to contact the stores directly.
You can find the direct link to our app from both stores on this page (at the bottom)
