If after purchasing your in App bundle you are not able to use the premium features, you can try the following:

1. Ensure your card payment has gone through (this is managed by Apple/Google directly)

2. Ensure you have used the 40 trials of premium features (e.g. selecting a remedy in a materia medica)

3. Close and then re-start the app

4. Check if you have the features (click on the search icon in the app and ensure you have 2 search bars)

If the above do not work, please remove the app and then download it again from the store (you will not lose your purchases as these are stored in your account with Apple or Google).

And leave at least your name, surname, where you purchased the application (Apple or Google store), your country of purchase and the email you used to register in the store
